1. 10 Year Warranty

   • Covers manufacturer’s defects from the date of purchase.
   • This warranty does not cover misuse or neglect of the battery.
   • Enduro Power batteries are built with performance that lasts, but if we made a mistake, we will make it right.
   • Enduro Power’s lithium iron phosphate batteries have an average cycle life of 3,000 recharge cycles. That’s over 8 years IF cycled every day under normal operating ranges.
   • If determined the battery was used improperly, you will be subject to a $200 an hour repair charge plus parts and shipping.
   • To submit a warranty claim, please contact your original place of purchase and have your receipt available.
   • The battery may be required to ship back to Enduro Power for evaluation.

2. 90-day money back guarantee. Returns of unopened items within the first 90 days will be issued full refunds. If the item has been installed, used or missing original packaging we will assess a 10% restocking fee.

3. For all warranty claims contact support@endurobattery.com for an RMA

   • Batteries returned without an authorized RMA will be returned to sender

4. 1 Year Warranty on all other Enduro Power brand accessories

5. Warranty only applies to original owner

6. Warranty is void if the battery has been opened or modified in any way

7. Customer pays return shipping on returns or warrantied component inspections. Please note some battery returns may require special documentation and packaging, and these instances will encounter extra fees. This is in order to correctly comply with lithium battery shipping regulations. For all return shipping we recommend using a local shipping service like FedEx office or the UPS Store.

8. This Limited Warranty does not cover a Battery that has reached its normal end of life due to usage which may occur prior to the Warranty Period. A battery can deliver only a fixed amount of Energy over its life which will occur over different periods of time depending on the application. For example, cycling the battery more than 1 time daily, will cause the normal end of life to occur before the end of the Warranty Period. The Manufacturer reserves the right to deny a warranty claim if the Battery is determined, upon inspection, to be at its normal end of life even if within the Warranty Period.

Returns

   • All returns must include: Your contact information, copy of original receipt or invoice, RMA and a letter detailing out the problem with the item.

Return Shipping Method

Enduro Power recommends you keep your original packaging to ensure a safe return to our facility. We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged in transit. We also recommend you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Remember to keep your tracking number as well, just in case.

Any shipment which arrives damaged will be immediately refused or will be held at the warehouse until the customer pays for return shipping or files an insurance claim. If you do not have the original packaging, you can request the packaging from us and we will ship it to you. This will help to ensure your package arrives safely. The customer will be responsible for return shipping and handling and any claim of an item returned with shipping damage. No exceptions.
